Flower orders through
Cherri Burrelle can be delivered on the same day to most parts of the British Isles, provided the order is placed before midday GMT. Otherwise, we guarantee delivery on the next working day (and will make every effort to get it there sooner if possible). |
There are no deliveries on bank holidays or on Sunday - except Mother's Day.

How to order |

Simply click on the item, or the item title,
to bring up a larger picture, click 'order' to proceed to the
purchase form. The order form is laid out to be as simple as possible -
but do make sure you complete all the fields highlighted with an
asterisk. This is to ensure that we have all the information we may need
to carry out the delivery.
It is also useful for us to have a contact number for the recipient (if
you know it) - it's very rare that we need to use it, but it may save
confusion if the florist is having difficulty finding the address.
Please also ensure that we have a way of contacting you. Again, it's not
often that we need to get back to you, but if there's any kind of
complication, it means we can contact you to solve the problem as
quickly as possible.
What happens if the Person I'm sending to
isn't there?
This does happen from time to time and, when it does, our florists
follow a fail-safe procedure. If there's nobody home, they will leave a
card to say they called, inviting the gift recipient to contact them and
arrange a convenient time for delivery or collection.
That way, the flowers can be kept in ideal conditions and still be at
their best when they are finally delivered.
Please use the 'Additional Information'
section to advise us of delivery date if the order is not intended for
same day delivery. Also use this section for any personal message you
may have. |

Order Confirmation |

Once your order has been received, decrypted
and processed, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation
includes important information: A Unique order reference number.
If you need to contact us regarding your order, please use the Order
Reference number. Order confirmations will be generated for ALL orders,
if you have not received a confirmation, please contact us. |

Alterations |

If you have already sent your order and realise that you need to change something (perhaps an address or a delivery date), please contact our customer service department as quickly as possible, by telephoning 0117 9701749. Have all the relevant details to hand, including the delivery name and address and your credit card number. If the order has not already been sent, we should be able to make any necessary changes.
Prices include VAT and local delivery to almost anywhere in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
Delivery to USA will incur a charge of £12.00 GBP. Customers who request delivery in remote rural areas which are not covered by an Teleflorist will be advised of any additional charges.
